What is Phone Boy?

Phone Boy is a free, browser-based phone simulator. It looks and feels like a real smartphone — a lock screen, a home screen full of apps, settings, and a collection of built-in games — except it runs entirely in your web browser, on any computer, tablet or phone. There's nothing to install and no app store to visit; just open the page and start tapping.

It's built as a fun sandbox: unlock the phone, swipe between home-screen pages, open apps, and play. Everything you'd expect from a phone is recreated in miniature — a calculator, a clock, a camera, a gallery, a music player, messaging, and much more — alongside a growing arcade of games you can play solo or against other people online.

Getting started

When the page loads you'll see the lock screen. From there you can:

• Tap to enter passcode — unlock the phone the normal way and reach your home screen.
• Continue as Guest — jump straight in with a fresh session and 1,000 starter diamonds, no setup.
• Add another device — link a second device so it shares the same premium plan.

Once you're in, the home screen holds all the apps. Swipe left and right to move between pages, tap an app to open it, and use the bar at the bottom to return home.

The games

Phone Boy includes a full arcade. Each game keeps its own high-score leaderboard, and the more you play, the higher you climb. Highlights include:

• Snake Battle — a live multiplayer snake arena. Drag to steer, hold to boost, and grow by eating orbs. Cut off rival snakes so their head hits your body — but never ram your own head into anyone. Play solo against AI, or challenge a real player to a head-to-head match.
• Car Rush — weave through oncoming traffic at speed, pick from 1000 free cars, and chase a new best distance.
• Tetris & Mindbender — stack falling blocks and clear lines, with a twistier "mindbender" variant.
• Snake, Block Blast, Fruit Merge, Pop the Lock, Dr. Mario, Color Tiles — classic arcade puzzles to chase a high score.
• Chess, Checkers, Connect 4, Tic Tac Toe, Sudoku, Wordle — board and word games you can play against the computer.
• Retro Arcade — a whole cabinet of bite-sized retro mini-games in one place.

Diamonds & skins

Diamonds are Phone Boy's in-app currency. You start with 1,000, and you earn more just by playing games. Spend them on a 24-hour premium pass, unlock hidden content, buy more in the Diamond Shop, or save up for special Snake Battle skins. Your diamond balance lives in Settings, and a small "+💎" pops up whenever you earn some.

Snake Battle also has unlockable skins — colourful looks for your snake. A couple of them are powerful "trophy" skins that must be earned through skill or spent-for, so there's always something to work toward.

Accounts — keep your progress

You can create a simple username + PIN account in Settings → Login. Signing in saves your diamonds to your account, so they follow you to any device — sign in somewhere else with the same username and PIN, and your balance is right there. Prefer not to sign up? Guest mode works instantly and keeps everything on your current device.

Is Phone Boy free?

Yes. Everything core is free to play. There's an optional premium tier and a diamond shop, but you never need to pay to enjoy the games.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Phone Boy runs entirely in your web browser. Just open the site on any device and start.

How do I save my progress across devices?

Create a username + PIN in Settings → Login. Your diamonds then sync to your account and load wherever you sign in.

How do I earn diamonds?

Play games — you earn diamonds each round — and check back over time for periodic bonuses. You can also buy them in the Diamond Shop.

Is it multiplayer?

Snake Battle is. You can drop into a live arena or challenge a specific player to a real-time match; the rest of the games are single-player with shared leaderboards.
